Here you can organize and categorize the many options available to your hotel. Select the structure of your rooms clicking on the button " Describe property Inventory " . Click in the menu that best describes the room inventory of your property. If your type of lodging is not in the list use " accomodations " as the best option.

Rooms are organized in categories and segments. A category describes a set of rooms that is distinguished for having a similar structure for example: Room, suite, cabin, or Villa. A segment is a style within a category, for example within rooms there are : Queen, King, Double twin, Double King etc. Another example is if your hotel has rooms with different views. In that case the category will be suites and the segments: ocean view, garden view, city view..
Click in " New Category " to create a new Category. Give the category a name and then click in the orange circle.in order to save the category. Click in " New Segment " to create a new segment. Write the name of the new segment and then click in the orange circle to save the segment name. Hover over the the segment and click in the orange arrow to change the name, cancel, or duplicate or delete.
It is not necessary to create categories if all the accommodations can be classified in the same category. For example if all the accommodations are rooms you only have to create segments to classify the different rooms. There will be a segment for " queen " " King " " suite " and therefore no need to create categories.
How to organize Categories and Segments:
